Thorough presentation of available choices, detailed contract/order form that covers all the different areas color/styling could be different. Worked with me to remove a bush, existing pavers, & haul away. New deck installed in about a week. Included electrical for the deck lights! Provided comparable pricing (after coupon & discounts!) to other companies. Kept in touch regarding the project, including scheduling & inspection status that they arrange with the county.
The men worked and worked. The disregarded the heat. That's inhumane to even work in weather like that. I am so appreciative to them. They did such a wonderful job.

PWHI did a decent job, but there were undoubtedly issues with communication from the project team (which the office did try to fix); product materials are good; but I am frustrated by the need for multiple call backs -- and the faint white haze that I cannot remove from the posts (see above comments for further details).
