They were an excellent company, easy to work with and got it done quicker than expected. I was pleased with the outcome.
Because they did such a great job, I left their sign up for a month in my yard. My neighbors asked me about it, but I said, they did a great job.

I would rate my experience with Prince William Home Improvement on the installation of my patio and steps as 4+. They were a great group of folks to work with from the salesman to the office staff and the actual works at my house. They were polite and courteous hard workers and did a wonderful job.
PWH built us an excellent screened back porch and (based on quality work) we asked them to make a wooden deck for our front door. All work was excellent by every one involved in setting this up and the workers were very professional in workmanship creating quality products. From the initial meeting to end PWHI was great to work with. We paid more for quality workmanship and building materials - worth it.
I was very satisfied with the work and quality that we received. The project was completed ahead of time and it was outrageously efficient. We extremely appreciated all the followups we had. They were always very upfront with us.
High-pressure sales and expensive, but known for good work and support. We had some minor issues with the installation of our deck. The main railing that runs the length of the deck isn't straight and we had to notify PWHI to shim one of the supports that had a gap in it. Otherwise great work as expected.
