Needs to take more time with patients and not make them wait astronomical amounts of time to only give you 2 minutes of his.
I saw Dr. Balar recently to seek a second opinion on a sports injury. He appears to be one of those doctors who think the patient is a complete idiot, must not be listened to, and must be talked down to. When I was trying to relate my symptoms, he kept interrupting me and shutting me up. He was extremely rude and condescending. I found this doubly regrettable as I am an accomplished and successful businessman as well as a highly educated scientist; and a relative doctor is his exact opposite.
Business response:
I genuinely apologize for the negative experience you had with our practice. We truly work hard to ensure our patients feel understood, taken care of and safe. It is our goal to provide exceptional quality care to all patients. If there is anything I can do to help you navigate your future care, please feel free to reach out to the practice and ask for me directly at 732-333-8702. - Lyndsey, Managing Director
Provider makes you wait hours even if you are the first patient. He always has people listening into your conversation with him - either remotely or in person. He does not fully answer questions about care. Some staff is friendly while others are abrupt. Lacks attention to detail.
