We have had Priority One for several years and just recently upgraded to wireless. Technition was on time, very courtous, and switched out the equipment with no problems. After the install he explained everything and answered all my questions. Great job! Priority One has always given the best service and very responsive to my needs and responsive to the alarms. I would highly recommend Priority One for your security system. You can also save some money compared to the other security companies.

The installation of new security system went off without a hitch. The technicians were polite and confirmed location of the security devices, smoke detectors and cameras. They went over the control panel and the phone app. They were here most of a day.

Installer of the security system was knowledgeable and friendly. He was at our home for 4 hours installing our Priority One system. He also provided my wife and I training on how to use this complex system. A couple of parameters were not setup as we would have liked (sensitivity of back yard camera and front doorbell camera, automatic daily vs monthly check in of the home control panel), but a call to customer service quickly fixed the issues. The equipment seems high quality and I think it will last a long time.
