Terrible experience with this company when my business had a fire alarm system monitored by them. Our system was showing a “duct detector error”, but it happened to be time for an annual inspection of the system. We asked that the error message be checked while the annual service was being done. The tech arrived late for the appointment and rushed through the job. The inspection form says he inspected the duct detector, but he did not. Can't wait for my contact to end. Panic alarm keeps going off on its own. Local police have to be dispatched each time. Currently have paid over 5 thousand in false alarm charges. Repair guy doesn't know how to stop it. System also works when it wants to.
