I recently called for a Loan to pay off my debt and ******* ***************** was able to help me beyond my expectations! My experience with *******/Priority Plus has been extremely satisfying. The mailing was honest and professional and is why I responded. Your agent was honest, knowledgeable, appropriately understanding and unhurried. She helped me to understand my options and followed up when I needed to postpone enrollment because I had made all my payments that first month. I am very pleased with your service.
The person I spoke to was very nice, but it is a bait and switch, as another reviewer mentioned. The offer I got in the mail marketed the product as a loan, but it was not that. They seem eager to help, but I wish they would have led with it being a debt payment program. That would have saved me and the person working on my file at least a half hour of our lives.
