I recently called for a Loan to pay off my debt and ******* ***************** was able to help me beyond my expectations! He showed genuine care for my spenses and did the best he could to help me save money monthly w my current debt. I went from paying $1,230 monthly to only $370/month and that is freaking awesome! My experience with *******/Priority Plus has been extremely satisfying. The mailing was honest and professional and is why I responded. Your agent was honest, knowledgeable, appropriately understanding and unhurried. She helped me to understand my options and followed up when I needed to postpone enrollment because I had made all my payments that first month. I am very pleased with your service.
The person I spoke to was very nice, but it is a bait and switch, as another reviewer mentioned. The offer I got in the mail marketed the product as a loan, but it was not that. They seem eager to help, but I wish they would have led with it being a debt payment program. That would have saved me and the person working on my file at least a half hour of our lives.

**** is extremely professional and his experience is obvious from the first time you speak with him. He showed empathy and understanding towards my concerns and addressed them with ease. When it comes to finances during this difficult time for so many people, I would highly recommend him for help.
