Really need a feel of a better connection between Priority Plus staff that sell someone on the process, and the Guardian Litigation staff that technically execute the negotiations. Having one group or the other communicate as if they are not on the same page, or are waiting on information from the other, or prefer to communicate needs in a different manner in the other creates the feeling of missed connections for the customer, which is not a good feeling for a customer in whatever ******************** distress, who is count... read more

Work with ****** *. I work in sales and grilled/teased her on the seller/buyer dynamics of how presenting information in a limited context can be a form of manipulation. Happy to say, she never did that and was transparent about what options were in the market, what her personal experience was, and what she didn't know enough to give an opinion.
