I spoke with representative ******* ******, and he was very helpful. I has already been having a bad day, and then having to make this phone call was hard on me personally. But he let me start over on a more reasonable tone, answered my questions, and validated my concerns without being demeaning. He also let me check in at times, to make sure I understood what he was saying.
