Presenting with sinus and eye problems. Upon check in I was not weighed or temp check after stating temperature days before. Doctor came in stood across the room from me came over listened to my heart and light in the eye. Thought it might be conjunctivitis and in less then 5 min sent me on the way with drops rx and follow up with primary or eye doctor. Never checking ears or nose or throat. My child has a documented food allergy to tomatoes. The adverse reaction includes diarrhea, rash, and burning sensation with urination. She consumed tomatoes. She had diarrhea, rash and burning urine. Tomatoes and tomato-based products are highly acidic. This high acidity increases the acid levels in your urine, which directly irritates the sensitive lining of your bladder and urethra, leading to a burning sensation during urination. After a long wait they finally made the X-rays only to send me home and tell me they didn’t have anyone that could read it and tell me what’s wrong with me. It is now almost 10 pm and still nothing at this point I’m going to emergency because they did not take my condition seriously

Worst experience of my life. The nurses were unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about helping the patients but cared more about joking around with each other instead. I waited over an hour and a half for the doctor to only look at me for less than 10 minutes. The doctor was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He didn’t care to hear about my symptoms and didn’t offer any kind of help or advice. All he really cared about was that I spoke loudly enough that his AI system could hear me. I was attacked by my cat, bit and scratched; and came in cause I was concerned about the pain and swelling in my hands. The doctor knew nothing about my medical history. Did not seem concerned at all, did not take any x-rays. And advised me to take ibuprofen, which I can not take due to my blood thinners. He did give me a prescription for antibiotics. I was not impressed with my care, and feel that I will have to go somewhere else to get the care that should have been provided today.

Waited for 4 hours… I watched at least 30 people get served after I came in that came in through the door. Supposedly they all registered online… Was my 86th birthday all I needed was a one minute TB test to be admitted to a assisted living facility… Really… When I asked if it would be possible to squeeze me in especially since it was my birthday the response I got was (what difference does that make!)… This is definitely a we don’t care facility!
