You did so well I was satisfied with everything
Very swift and efficient service
Everybody was in a rush and there were only a few patients. Nurse Practitioner hurried me and then send the radiology technician to give me my final papers
I was attacked by my cat, bit and scratched; and came in cause I was concerned about the pain and swelling in my hands. The doctor knew nothing about my medical history. Did not seem concerned at all, did not take any x-rays. And advised me to take ibuprofen, which I can not take due to my blood thinners. He did give me a prescription for antibiotics. I was not impressed with my care, and feel that I will have to go somewhere else to get the care that should have been provided today.
Waited for 4 hours… I watched at least 30 people get served after I came in that came in through the door. Supposedly they all registered online… Was my 86th birthday all I needed was a one minute TB test to be admitted to a assisted living facility… Really… When I asked if it would be possible to squeeze me in especially since it was my birthday the response I got was (what difference does that make!)… This is definitely a we don’t care facility!
My care for an issue with anUTI was dealt with so well. When I arrived the receptionist was so friendly and I was seen in a very timely manner and I will definitely use your facility again..
The staff was prompt, friendly, informative and accommodating. The facility was clean.
