Amazing service. The pharmacy I asked for my scripts to be sent to was closed. I called and they kindly found a pharmacy that’s as open and sent them there to be filled. Very kind and a great experience from walking in and even after I left. Thank you!
It was good. Dr was great. Nurse was great. One of you front desk administrators lacks professionalism and people skills.
The NP was awesome!! She was very caring and patient centered. She made me feel at ease’s. However, the receptionist was Kurt, non caring. The person taking my vitals were matter of fact mannerisms. Her kinesics were lacking in care for my well being. The same person came in to administer my my injection ( left hip) when I asked her “are you going to numb the area” she said “no numbing here.” After injecting me, she just walked out the room. Everyone was friendly. I was seen fairly quickly. The NP was great. However, there was a blob of mucus on an end table in the waiting room. Despite telling them twice, and the receptionist saying she would take care of it, she never did! Very gross and unsanitary for a waiting room.
Took over an hour to get negative results back
HORRIBLE. Scammers.
Had an appointment at 4:30p for a high school sports physical and was not seen until around 6:00p. Extremely inefficient.
