I appreciated not having to wait long. The staff are courteous. The facility is impeccable. Knowledgeable NP w/ an awesome bedside manner. I’m a little concerned about having to leave my fsa on file. If you charge it without sending very specific billing it will create a headache for me.

Exceptional Care When We Needed It Most - We had a truly great experience at Prisma Health Urgent Care in Columbia. From the moment we arrived, Kam at the front desk, Henrietta on the clinical team, and Provider Diondra made us feel cared for and at ease. We booked through the app, but once we got there, the personal attention was above and beyond what we expected.
