The nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and explained my test results. I also would like to shoutout the x ray technician, her friendliness and willingness to talk with patients goes a long way. The CMA and the PSR can certainly be a little bit friendly.

I appreciated not having to wait long. The staff are courteous. The facility is impeccable. Knowledgeable NP w/ an awesome bedside manner. I’m a little concerned about having to leave my fsa on file. If you charge it without sending very specific billing it will create a headache for me.

From the moment we arrived, Kam at the front desk, Henrietta on the clinical team, and Provider Diondra made us feel cared for and at ease. We booked through the app, but once we got there, the personal attention was above and beyond what we expected.
