First, I hit the wrong button when it said contact us directly. My experience was great as always! Even the swabbing wasn’t as bad as I thought. Everyone was so helpful and caring. I felt horrible but they made me start to feel better with their kindness. Everyone is very personable and experienced. I can’t remember the Dr’s name, but she is great! I thought I was using my nasal spray correctly, but I was not. She explained to me how to properly use it so that it will work correctly!! Prisma, she’s a keeper!!!! Thank you and... read more
