The experience was friendly, genuine and very pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about the people and the professionalism that I experienced in a time that was a little nerve wracking for me. These are the people that make the world a better place each and everyday. I am so glad that I happened to go to that location and I am grateful for those kind people.
