My care was wonderful and pleasant! Registration desk young lady was very nice and she was smiling! I was greeted by 3 more ladies who took care of vital signs and xrays! Very nice and professional! The Nurse Practitioner was very nice and explained everything quite well! And she asked if I had any questions! I was made to feel very comfortable by all!

A little distracted by other life events. From desk was slow to enter paperwork because they were chatting with other coworkers. Rhee was. But of lag time once I was in the procedure room. It was cold and quiet and I sat straight up as i waited for NP. She was very pleasant Nd helpful, I just wish there had been some music or other noise while she wrapped me u

Unfortunately I did have to wait quite awhile 90 minutes to see the doctor. Once I got back there it was quick. Then I went snd got 4 medicines. I feel sure this will improve my cough and make me well. Thanks for everything
