Unfortunately the other day I had to visit an urgent care facility when I notice this was a Prisma health center. I made my choice. I was extremely impressed throughout my visit. Greeted warmly and then taken to the back by a wonderful person who is very caring and explained everything along the way. The staff that treated me was also just as kind and helpful. if you’re looking for convenient, bright clean and caring facility then make this your next choice.
The Duncan location is brand new and amazing. The staff is so sweet and professional. The location is awesome right off the highway, Next To Chick-fil-A and Starbucks. Everything is brand new and it is super clean. We got in and out faster than any place around that we have gone.
This urgent care is very clean, very well ran, and their customer service is amazing. From the time I checked in to when I checked out everyone was so nice and caring. The MA & NP that took care of me were just fabulous! Definitely recommend.
The facility was clean and neat, and the ladies were so nice, compassionate, friendly, professional and I recommend Prisma for urgent care. My sister was well taken care of and my concerns and questions were answered. Thank you for your service.😀 Joyce and Michelle 9/25/24 I’m here again but for my daughter and me. Once again, the providers and staff at Prisma Urgent Care - Duncan were excellent. I have been to them multiple times when I needed care and they have never been anything but top notch. I had to be referred on to the ER, but they were reassuring and made sure I knew exactly what to do
