The Duncan location is brand new and amazing. The staff is so sweet and professional. The location is awesome right off the highway, Next To Chick-fil-A and Starbucks. Everything is brand new and it is super clean. We got in and out faster than any place around that we have gone.
Best experience we’ve ever had at an urgent care. They saw us immediately. All staff was so friendly and helpful. They evaluated my son, prescribed the meds he needed, and we were out the door within an hour. The place is also very clean and welcoming. Will certainly visit again when needed.
Matt was my nurse and was super sweet and made me feel taken care of. The nurse that checked me in also had a good attitude and Dr Trapp was very nice and gave me the exact drs note my work required. I will definitely return to this location if the need arises
Staff was great! Knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. Provided excellent care for my daughter and quick. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely return should then need arrive. Two thumbs up!
For us, this is the best urgent care that we have been in the entire upstate. They are fast and clean, they treat you like a person and they have an actual solution for your problem. The lady doctor or nurse that sees you is a sweetheart and actually cares about you. She remembered my mom that came with me because she was there time ago. It was amazing. Hope it keeps like this in the long run and not just because it is new.
