Well, today I was presenting with a sore throat low grade fever and mild, yet productive cough. When I arrived the triage nurse took my temp., height 45 1/2” and weight 67lbs. She swabbed me for strep, influenza a and b and rhino virus. As it turns out I had strep and rhino virus. Overall they did great. Next time this should be sent to my parent as I’m only 9.

Went in, lady at the desk very nice, told us there was about an hours wait, but we didn’t wait an hour, 15/20 minutes max, nurse called me back, went in the triage, very caring and nice lady, showed me to a room, wasn’t long before the dr came in, I had to have XRays, no waiting, I would say total time, being a walk in, maybe an hour, not much more if at all. 10 out of 10

Straight forward the PA I dealt with ordered an xray to confirm I didn’t have any bacterial infection or anything related to fluid onto my lungs and suggested a 7 day script with a daily antihistamine

My experience with Prisma has been excellent. The way things are today, getting into your regular Doctor can be a challenge last minute. So Prisma, has been there when I need to get in quickly to address an issue and can’t wait weeks to get into my Doctor. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Otherwise I would have had to wait a week to see my regular Doctor . . . No thanks.! Thank you

The front desk was very friendly! However the nurse practitioner, Ashley was not. As a college student who paid out of pocket it was hard not being valued or given the time to ask my questions. There were maybe three other people who were there to get checked. She came in and was not very friendly she didn’t even give me a chance to ask my questions. After waiting forty minutes she was in the room for maybe three minutes.

I did not have to wait to be taken back to examining room and did not have to wait to see the Dr. He came in and introduced himself, ask me questions about my reason for being there, and then prescribed a medication. He was very thorough in questioning me and made me feel very confident in his ability to treat me. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
