Prompt service, great front desk staff and providers
This is the third or fourth time I have been at this location. Everyone there is very friendly and courteous and they make you feel welcome. I will definitely be back if i need medical care quickly.
Front desk person, nurse, and doctor all were excellent. Very informative and considerate
Unfortunately I cut my hand with a kitchen knife. When I arrived at the urgent care facility the waiting room was empty. While waiting for stitches apparently several other emergencies walked in. I had to wait quite awhile in the treatment room because my injury was minor compared to the others. I finally got stitched up after a long delay ( 40 mins ). The staff was super friendly, professional and apologetic. In the end I got good care.
Brandi in the front office, was so kind and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed while I was there and before I left.
EVERYONE was extremely nice and caring. The doctor was great and very helpful. Thank you everyone…..
