Went to this establishment for the first time today. Front office staff was very courteous, friendly, nice, professional and engaging. Physician Assistant, Eric, that I saw today was very nice, very friendly. Got me diagnosed and on my way. Liked him very much. Very good experience overall. Did not wait very long to be seen. Definitely would recommend Prism urgent care for your needs.
From the phone call to ask about services, the receptionist and front desk staff were curteous and very timely. They got us to a room quickly and were attune to my daughter’s needs. Will was our NP and he was great. He listened to her and had a very good bedside manner. My daughter is very afraid of needles but he put her mind at ease and was gentle with her. A very good experience and we are appreciative! Thank you!
I stopped at this Prisma urgent care on Woodruff Road because I had a huge cut on my leg and wanted them to look at it. Perhaps it was the cleanest most appealing urgent care I have ever seen the staff was awesome. My PA was named Brittany. She was Very understanding of my issue and a wonderful person to work with. Very convenient online appointment making and pre-registration so don't have to waste time once you arrive. The facility is very clean and comfortable, with reserved parking out front. The staff are friendly and professional. Don't want to need urgent care, but if so then for sure would go here again and recommend it.
I made an appointment and registered online at 5:30pm. At 6:00pm I was being seen. Staff are friendly and thorough. I was there no more than 30 minutes with my issue addressed satisfactorily. I would definitely visit again if I have the need.
