Went to this establishment for the first time today. Front office staff was very courteous, friendly, nice, professional and engaging. Physician Assistant, Eric, that I saw today was very nice, very friendly. Got me diagnosed and on my way. Liked him very much. Very good experience overall. Did not wait very long to be seen. Definitely would recommend Prism urgent care for your needs.
From the phone call to ask about services, the receptionist and front desk staff were curteous and very timely. They got us to a room quickly and were attune to my daughter’s needs. Will was our NP and he was great. He listened to her and had a very good bedside manner. My daughter is very afraid of needles but he put her mind at ease and was gentle with her. A very good experience and we are appreciative! Thank you!
I stopped at this Prisma urgent care on Woodruff Road because I had a huge cut on my leg and wanted them to look at it. Perhaps it was the cleanest most appealing urgent care I have ever seen the staff was awesome. My PA was named Brittany. She was Very understanding of my issue and a wonderful person to work with. My wife has been here twice to the location on Woodruff Road. Both times she has had prompt, courteous, professional and friendly care from the doctor and staff. We're VERY impressed. Unfortunately, we only remember Dr. "Will's" name. The receptionist, (Glia?), couldn't have been nicer.
Scheduled appt online and was checked in promptly. Front desk was very friendly and helpful and nurses and Dr were very thorough. Great experience considering I needed to see a doctor. Thankful to have this facility available
