This was my first visit to Prisma Health after twisting my knee. The service was good and fast. I had my appointment scheduled and completed all the forms online, so it took less than 5 minutes for me to start the triage process after being attended in the front desk. Dr. Sabrina Scone treated me, she was very attentive and careful. I needed to get an X-ray, and that was also very quick. My entire appointment took less than 30 minutes — fantastic! The facility was clean, organized, and calm. I highly recommend it.
Update 2: I had to drop another star because the requested prescription was not sent. I was very specific about what I needed, and that's not what was sent to the pharmacy. If it was not available, I should have at least received a phone call from Prisma to let me know that. So great service at the initial visit, but not so good with follow up issues. Quick to see me. kind, they have a EKG. The staff was excellent. I feel that if I have a issue in the future this will be a good place to go. I'm confident in referring any one.
The staff and especially the doctor were friendly, knowledgeable and awesome. The doctor was able to diagnose my symptoms right away and prescribed me that medication that I needed to resolve my symptoms. I had an excellent experience and I just love being seen by doctors working at Prisma Health. They never disappoint! Thank you everyone for all that you do!
If I could give negative stars I would, this is the second bad encounter I have had at this location, however, I will be leaving Prisma as a whole after this. I went in for severe pain on the left side of my jaw reaching to my ear, pain swallowing, and a migraine. No tests ran and was asked 5 times if I was sure I wasn’t a drug user after answering no in the intake.
