From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was so polite, friendly, and professional. Jasmine, Kyle, Kanesha, dr. Brandenburg, Jennifer. Everyone should come here for their urgent care thank you all for being so caring and helpful
My left ear was clogged up. I thought it was just water that would not drain. Apparently , I had ear wax built up. I can hear again. Amazing. Thanks.
All expectations of treatment were met in a courteous and professional manner. Thank y’all so much for great and quick service.
I’m in pain, my back is killing me. Told the doctor that what I was prescribed by my PC, was not strong enough. All she did was refill the prescription, that’s not working, and sent me on my way. She didn’t even ask me to take my shirt off to examine my back. Very disappointing. I’ll probably end up In the ER later today. Thanks a lot.

Doctor didn’t listen. Kept telling me to treat other things not that I was there for. Wanted to refer me to others and come back in 4-5 days. Wanted to test for things I wasn’t having symptoms of.

I was informed by one P.A that the urgent care could help my situation .When I got there the p.A refused and when trying to explain could not be clear in her answers . Saying one thing then taking it back . It was a completely horrible experience. Would never recommend this urgent care
