All expectations of treatment were met in a courteous and professional manner. Thank y’all so much for great and quick service.
1. Appointment scheduled for 1:40. Not seen until almost 2:30. I understand that they had an emergency but a courtesy notice to. The patient waiting would’ve been nice. I had to ask what was taking so long. I told them I needed to get something for my sugar, and there was no concern. 2. As a diabetic, I would like to know that you’re urgent care centers have supplies when diabetics sugar crashes like mine did. there were suckers available, which I took, but they only have 1 g of sugar and at no time, did any of the employees... read more

I’m in pain, my back is killing me. Told the doctor that what I was prescribed by my PC, was not strong enough. All she did was refill the prescription, that’s not working, and sent me on my way. She didn’t even ask me to take my shirt off to examine my back. Very disappointing. I’ll probably end up In the ER later today. Thanks a lot.

Doctor didn’t listen. Kept telling me to treat other things not that I was there for. Wanted to refer me to others and come back in 4-5 days. Wanted to test for things I wasn’t having symptoms of.

I was informed by one P.A that the urgent care could help my situation .When I got there the p.A refused and when trying to explain could not be clear in her answers . Saying one thing then taking it back . It was a completely horrible experience. Would never recommend this urgent care
