Doctor did not try to comprehend the complexity of my blood cancer disease and why it is important to use antibiotics to treat and prevent bronchitis/infection since I’m on a cancer drug
Co pays shouldn’t be given at time of service. All insurances should be accepted. They didn’t provide enough privacy. Urgent care should be a pleasant alternative instead of going to the hospital. The doctor seemed like he was a rush to leave and didn’t answer all my questions. I would not recommend anyone going here.
Normally, the experience at this Prisma Urgent Care Center is pleasant. NOT TODAY!! Backstory: My wife has several heath issues and got COVID, which I caught from her. We also have a medically fragile special needs son. She came to the SAME urgent care center 24 hours ago and received Paxlovid to shorten the time that she’s contagious.
