Friendly, respectful and efficient. Saw a PA, nurse and DR and had testing completed and was out in 40 minutes!
Very kind, friendly check in & registration with Destiny at the front desk. Prompt intake with medical assistant followed by visit with PA. Listened to my symptoms & concerns, and got me “taken care of”! with cortisone injection and RXs to pick up tomorrow at a location convenient to my home. Painless, eggicient, and compassionate care!
It was wonderful. The nurses and PA’s were so polite and compassionate. The service was efficient and fast, and at the same time not rushed. The next time I need to go to an urgent care, it will definitely be here!
I was pleased with the visit today. It could have moved a little faster but it seemed to be pretty busy when I was there. My only complaint is with the ability to make an appointment online or over the phone. Since you don’t take them over the phone I tried twice to make the appointment online but was unable to complete the process.
You were professional and did everything to help me. In and out very quickly.
