Professional and efficient

The medical staff were good, and I have no complaints about the care I received from them. However, I was very disappointed by the facility’s new registration policy requiring patients, in addition to their co-pay, to either (1) keep a credit card on file for any potential charges or (2) pay a $199 temporary fee upfront. I find this policy unreasonable and unacceptable. Had I not been dealing with a debilitating knee injury that made walking extremely difficult, I would have left rather than agree to these terms. The staff was courteous and helpful with trying to file my claim with the VA. The actual visit had little questions answered. Symptoms were pretty obvious but missed. Try not use the ER as a primary care backfired on me. The medications I received didn’t address my symptoms. AI is a PAs best friend they should use it
