I went in & never had to sit in the waiting area. Kelly, NP, was fast & efficient. She knew my medical history even before entering the room. I was very satisfied with the course of treatment that was given.
I was treated quickly. I had cut my finger and could not stop the bleeding. I was seen immediately when I got to the urgent care.. everyone was very responsive. It was a good experience.
I arrived at the urgent care with a cut finger. They quickly responded to stop the bleeding since I was on a blood thinner. The wound was treated promptly. I received great care.
The NP we saw had no personality and did not make me feel better about my child. I felt very dismissed.

What good does it do to make an online appt? My appt was 8:15, the lady in front of me had 8:15. 5 people were already waiting. The loud disco style music isn’t helping. Other people hade commented. It’s 9:05 and only 3 people have gone back. I guess they were waiting when the doors open at 8:00.
I can excuse horrible bedside manner when the medical care is worth it. But the visit we had today was insanely unprofessional. Our PCP stated to seek further treatment from an urgent care or emergency facility. Since we've had wonderful visits here prior we chose the 30 minutes drive here. When the doctor walked in we were instantly met with hostility.
