The Dr. Davis took the time to explain what would help with my sickness. She explained the medications as well, and what I should look out for as far as moving towards getting well soon.

Very quick, clean urgent care. The staff was wonderful, except the NP barely spent any time with us and felt rushed. Got what we needed though so overall good experience.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Doctor was informed and explained my treatment.
The team was professional , caring and knowledgeable. The provider had reviewed my file in the portal which added a level to the care and concern. Receptionist was caring and professional. The medical assistant was explanatory, exhibited care and concern, patient and personable.

I waited for 2 hours before being called back. It was on a Monday and they had only one doctor. I was most impressed with Georgia who spent the most time with me. She also has a wonderful personality!
Ms. Georgia and Ms. Kelly made my experience great. They are two wonderful assets to Prisma Health.
