Office staff was pleasant.
Great experience
Excellent service. Friendly caring staff.
Waited for 3 hours to be seen and only spoke to the NP for 10 minutes before being discharged.

Have your attending to call the patient to discuss their results even though the results have been viewed by the patient in MyChart. A patient doesn't understand all medical terminology. I was told I'd be called with.my results. It's been almost 2 weeks. I called once last week and twice this week to no avail. It's very frustrating and it definitely doesn't show any concern or empathy for my pain.

The NP had one the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. My daughter was with me who is a nurse locally and was blown away by the treatment and tone I received. We won’t be back.

The wait time was beyond reasonable. I could hear the provider having personal conversations outside the door. All of my complaints /symptoms were not documented . The provider documented that she examined certain array that she did not . She wax in and out . I reviewed my chart and was surprise to see false documentation. I will never return to this practice again.
