I had a great experience at Prisma Health Urgent Care. The staff was kind, attentive, and made me feel heard from the moment I walked in. I came in with significant swelling and discomfort, and they took my concerns seriously and explained everything clearly. The provider was professional, compassionate, and efficient, which really helped ease my anxiety. I’m very thankful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend this urgent care to others.
