I brought my grandson in to be tested and treated. Everyone was kind and professional. The wait wasn’t long. Once we were taken back to an exam room, everyone addressed my grandson and gave him an opportunity to speak for himself then looked to me for confirmation or to see if I needed to add anything. They clearly explained the diagnosis and treatment.

I went in with what I felt may have been a cracked / broken rib... From the minute I walked in and was checked in by Agnes ~ friendly and engaging ~ to being taken back by TeAndrea and "triaged" (sincerely concerned about my pain / discomfort) and put me at ease ... Kristen Tallon was the PA I met with and she took the time to listen to my concerns ~ knew my history of other issues and when after my x-rays were taken (by Michelle ~ who put me at ease with that whole painful process ) and found nothing broken or cracked ~ but... read more
