I took my son to Prisma Urgent Care on Scuffletown Rd in SIMPSONVILLE, SC on 1/19/26. I was able to get an appointment soon. The front area staff was great. The nurse was great. Kristen Tallon, NP saw my son. She listened to him and me. She was very thorough and detailed with explanations. All tests were negative; however, she was concerned about his throat even though the test was positive. She recommended and did a second culture to send off. Tallon was professional and courteous. Amazing staff! Very friendly and services were top notch. Five forks is grateful to have such a great urgent care facility and staff. Kristen was very attentive and did an amazing job with my stitches. Was nice to go to an urgent care and really felt that your needs were heard and addressed.
