Great staff. Both the people who cared for my son were upbeat and kind. They made him feel at ease when he needed stitches. They spoke directly to him and made the entire visit pleasant.

It was a great experience. I was an out of towner and walked in to be seen. I had been there before and check in was quick and easy. I was seen quickly and got the care I needed immediately. Felt better pretty soon after starting meds. Doctors and staff were amazing, kind and considerate and easy to talk to. When I’m visiting in Simpsonville, SC, this will be my go to place for medical care!

The experience at the scuffletown location was great. I was taken back in just a few minutes and seen very quickly by Dr Norris. This was the quickest urgent care experience I have ever had. The lady at the front desk and Frederic the nurse were both very nice and professional while also having great attitudes

Bailey is the best NP that I have ever seen in my life! She was so understanding, polite, and kind. I felt fully heard and cared for in her care. The nurses and staff were also amazing! Everyone at this location was great and I plan to return next time I am seeking care!
