Went into Urgent Care and scheduled an 8:15 AM appointment. Was called into examination room at exactly 8:15! Once in room the assistant checked my blood pressure and oxygen level and the nurse practitioner arrived at approximately 8:25. Entire staff demonstrated empathy and concern and addressed the health issue on a professional and timely manner.

I had a very good experience with Prisma Health they received me with very friendly employees and registered me on the computer and before I knew it they IO was called to the back for my X-ray. I really appreciate the staff for helping me and being so caring.

Amazing experience at the Urgent Care on Scuffletown. The NP Bryan Merritt really took such good care of me and went above and beyond. I appreciated his kindness and clinical skills. The support staff were also very pleasant and sweet. Overall I would highly recommend this team!

I was concerned about swelling in my hand and arm Post shoulder surgery. Everything seems OK. The doctor is great as are all the doctors at this couple town prisma urgent care.
