The receptionist was kind and efficient . The nurse was thorough with asking questions to assist the doctor. The doctor on call very good to explain what was going to be done and why.He answered he was doing something.

Everyone there from the front desk to the Dr. we’re all very nice and professional. I was informed what my x-ray showed, my ankle was wrapped anid I left Urgent Care with all the information I needed to care for my ankle. Urgent care at Five. Forks is amazing!

Went into Urgent Care and scheduled an 8:15 AM appointment. Was called into examination room at exactly 8:15! Once in room the assistant checked my blood pressure and oxygen level and the nurse practitioner arrived at approximately 8:25. Entire staff demonstrated empathy and concern and addressed the health issue on a professional and timely manner.
