Prisma Health has teamed up with Wellstreet. With their collaboration they have collectively decided to reduce the services offered to patients coming to urgent cares in the area. The urgent cares were an extension of the ER, which allowed them to take care of patients with minor issues. Starting September 1, 2023 our urgent care offices in Greer, Simpsonville, Verdae and Powdersville will no longer have quality registered nurses. We arrived at 8:30am. Completed the online paperwork for their new system, I wrote on the intake card, wrist injury need an X-ray! They told us to come back at 10:10am. We sat in the parking lot and Came back in at 10:10am to then sit in the lobby for over an hour waiting to be called back. Once we were called back, we sat in a room for another hour. The doctor comes in and tells us their X-ray machine was not working and we need to go to Hillcrest Hospital. We were discharged at 12:45 but still had to wait for a wrist spli... read more
