It was a very pleasant experience.
The staff was having IT issues and couldn't check me in immediately. BUT, they were communicating this honestly and openly and were on the phone with IT to fix the problem soon after I arrived. The short wait wasn't such an issue--things like that can't be avoided. But your staff's communication and attitude was wonderful
What an efficient, quick experience. I got an appointment last night for first thing this morning. I pre-registered online. I was greeted quickly and professionally by staff. I was seen by a nurse practitioner soon after. She diagnosed what she thought I was dealing with. She coached me on my medication instructions. She told me she would have details in MyChart. I was out of there within 15 minutes. I’m impressed.
Great staff from the front desk check in to the x ray tech Dr nurses everyone. In and out after an accident at ball practice on a Sunday night without any delays.
