The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. The Doctor and Grace his assistant were awesome. I am a Prisma patient in Greenville, SC and all my information in the system made it easy.

From moment I entered this Urgent Care I sensed professionalism, friendliness, and clean environment. I could go on. I have visited on occasion GA’s Piedmont Urgent Care facility and their front staff could certainly learn how to conduct themselves from the Prisma Care Team. 5 stars plus Prisms!! The nurse and the PA were caring listeners and provided me great Care. Thank you all ever so much.

Great staff... Upon check-in the front desk staff encountered a very rude individual....the front staff handled that situation the best that they could....the person was totally in the wrong... The doctor that saw me was nothing but first class.
