I have had a positive experience both times being here. Which is typically not how I feel about urgent care centers. Kim was so kind to me the first time, I returned specifically to them with my baby tonight. Despite it being close to closing time, the entire staff was super accommodating and took their time to make sure they thoroughly checked my son out. I appreciate this office so much right now!
Excellent service. Thank you. Grabbed an appointment for first thing in the morning online. Was seen within 10 min of appointment time. Front desk was very kind and courteous. Nurse / tech was also very kind and attentive as she took vitals and recorded info. Dr. was very kind, listened to my symptoms asked some additional necessary questions and gave me a thorough check up based off of them, and proceed to get me on my way with the correct treatment prescribed. I made a quick appointment online and the same day within in 2 hours. I was able to get right in and out within 1 hour with everything that I needed to make the pain from a fall. They took care of me with x-rays, medications I needed and a note. They were fast, friendly and actually seemed like they cared . Not just a number. This was my first visit to Prisma Urgent, and it could not have went better. The receptionist greeted me immediately, I was a little nervous going to a new place but everyone was so friendly and professional... the Nurse Practitioners were amazing and knew right away what my problem was. Everyone was great from the time we went in till the last person we saw.Everyone seemed to LOVE their job! I'll Kim was very good and patient with us and Jasmine was very nice and very thorough with her care. I appreciate this office!
