Dr.Jones. Was incredible; I felt heard wasn’t rushed and she was incredibly thorough. This was the best urgent care experience I’ve had recently. I drove 30 mins out of my way to come to this location. It was highly recommended by coworkers. This office was clean, well organized, every staff member was helpful and pleasant.

Dr. Welsh was one of the best, thorough, knowledgeable, personable and because of him, I know believe I know what is wrong with me. With something he mentioned about possible side effects of an anabiotic I took, I have every one of the symptoms, so I did research when I got home and it looks like he was possibly very correct. I was so glad I went to PRISMA Urgent Care in Spartanburg. Everyone there treated me with genuine concern..
