I made an appointment and was early. The front desk was super friendly and quick and I was seen immediately. My nurse was very attentive and nice. Although it was a quick appointment, Dr. Doralyn Jones was personable and made me feel very comfortable. She made me feel heard (which sadly, not all doctors have that quality). Her bedside manner is terrific and I wish I could have her as my PCP!

The staff at Prima Urgent Care were so professional and friendly. I did not have a long wait time to see the nurse practitioner. The facility was super clean. I would recommend this urgent care
