When I booked an appointment, I scheduled one to clean my teeth. I told them I am a new patient. I need a routine dental cleaning. On the appointment day, they did not clean my teeth; they charged me from my insurance and co-pay, even though they did not clean my teeth. The lab tech that fixed dental just can’t get it together to help me with mine. I went about three trips from MCRAE to Macon and I was not happy with the work they did on my dentures. My Doctor told me the reason why it’s because they changed a lab and someone else is doing it now not happy what they work.
Caps came off and a cracked tooth
I spent $30,000 with these people for teeth in the day three years later they cracked when I finally got to see them. I didn’t get to see Dr. Mann. I had to see some young guy and they told me basically it was on me. there was nothing they could do so I spent $30,000 with them for nothing stay away from these people they’re crooks.
I went in for a root canal operation last Tuesday, July 6, 2021. My only other root canal was in 2017 or 2018, and it went well, taking less than an hour by a middle aged, obviously accomplished dentist. This time at Providence I was not as fortunate. The young dentist who performed the procedure only comes in on Tuesday. I was originally scheduled for September but someone cancelled and I was the "lucky" one called.
