My DR. BHAKTI PATEL she is awesome and my anxiety with dental procedures have gone each time I have an appointment with her. This is the reason why I keep going to my appointments and of course I will keep coming for ever!! Just love this place !!

Debbie was a good hygienist. She was able to professionally talk with me about me scheduling complaints with the scheduling department and apologize for the scheduling department unprofessionalism.

They didn't fit my needs. I came in there to get a tooth extracted already did. Was give me a big bill for $3,000 more telling me what I needed done. I didn't come in there for that. I needed my tooth extracted
When I booked an appointment, I scheduled one to clean my teeth. I told them I am a new patient. I need a routine dental cleaning. On the appointment day, they did not clean my teeth; they charged me from my insurance and co-pay, even though they did not clean my teeth. This place is not a genuine place for me, I don’t trust this dental place either. Something is better than nothing, but NOTHING IS BETTER THAN NONSENSE. The lab tech that fixed dental just can’t get it together to help me with mine. I went about three trips from MCRAE to Macon and I was not happy with the work they did on my dentures. My Doctor told me the reason why it’s because they changed a lab and someone else is doing it now not happy what they work.
