One star only because ancillary staff was helpful and has always presented themselves with a smile and proper etiquette. Dr. Bedford is a different story. I have a dog with severe skin allergies that has required multiple treatment modalities. She has prescribed/instructed Royal Canin diet, shampoos, medicines and to remove dog treats. Update to review: I got a reminder text yesterday for the follow-up appointment for my cat who had surgery on August 16. The same day my cat had to be euthanized. She spent the last 12 days of her life miserable and in pain due to the negligent treatment provided by Dr. Bedford. Review My 16 year old cat needed oral surgery. I have two cats and one dog. Bella, Tone and Max, respectively. At last year's annual physical vet appointment, I mentioned Bella had been "chewying air."
