One star only because ancillary staff was helpful and has always presented themselves with a smile and proper etiquette. Dr. Bedford is a different story. I have a dog with severe skin allergies that has required multiple treatment modalities. She has prescribed/instructed Royal Canin diet, shampoos, medicines and to remove dog treats. Update to review: I got a reminder text yesterday for the follow-up appointment for my cat who had surgery on August 16. The same day my cat had to be euthanized. She spent the last 12 days of her life miserable and in pain due to the negligent treatment provided by Dr. Bedford. Review My 16 year old cat needed oral surgery. I have two cats and one dog. Bella, Tone and Max, respectively. At last year's annual physical vet appointment, I mentioned Bella had been "chewying air." She would tilt her head and it chew with nothing in her mouth. Dr. Alexandra Bedford examined Bella and said she was fine; disregarding my concern. Bella's annual physical vet appointment was today. Dr. Bedford lacks compassion and ability to treat animals. Not just her but the staff is is also negligent. My dog is diabetic and the staff did multiple glucose test which were EXTREMELY elevated and they said nothing nor did they offer advice, resulting in a lengthly/expensive hospital stay- over $3000. The glucose readings were 380 and over, they let me leave with my dog on 2 occasions with elevated results. My dog almost died! I definitely would NOT recommend this office.
