Dr. Bedford lacks compassion and ability to treat animals. Not just her but the staff is is also negligent. My dog is diabetic and the staff did multiple glucose test which were EXTREMELY elevated and they said nothing nor did they offer advice, resulting in a lengthly/expensive hospital stay- over $3000. The glucose readings were 380 and over, they let me leave with my dog on 2 occasions with elevated results. My dog almost died! I definitely would NOT recommend this office. Ms. Harbor, you brought Harley in to see us twice in the past year, in February and, most recently, on 10/16/20, at which time you declined diagnostics and a physical examination.. You were informed that regular glucose curves are needed to ensure that the appropriate insulin dose is being administered. You declined this. RecommendedReptile Specialist actually gave me valid results and was very positive when I was bummed over my reptile and incorrect diagnosis of my bearded dragon. You guys helped him so much and I’ll never forget to continue bringing them to y’all. Here’s phonics when he was still a lil chump whom bit me on accident and had animal control call my mom and say that he is a reptile and didn’t purposefully bite me so they weren’t going to come remove him from the home 🤦🏻♂️💚😂
