We always love to dine at Provision and the food was wonderful. Great service team too. But on a very slow night our meal took 2 full hours / so I’m not sure if the kitchen was slow? I never want to be rushed but this seemed incredibly lengthy with a mostly empty restaurant. The food and wine does exceed expectations so hopefully this was an anomaly in their usually outstanding dining experiences.

Food was good. The beet salad was exceptional. I feel the filet was overpriced I ordered it med rare but it was closer to medium. I didn’t send it back as it was still good just not great. I feel it wasn't as tender and flavorful as other restaurants I’ve been to. The whipped potatoes served with it were delicious. We enjoyed the sea bass. The sauce was amazing.
