RecommendedReception was super friendly..I am severely claustrophobic.. so I wasn't happy about needing an MRI of my knee.. Stephen was awesome preparing me for what to expect.. made sure that I didn't feel too restricted while in the MRI.. Dr. Gash did a precautionary chest x-ray to be sure metal that I have in my chest wasnt going to be a problem in the scanner.. and then came out after and spoke with me even showing me my film and shaking my hand and talking for a few moments.. Quick and effecient check in process. The staff is amazing! Pricing on imaging is outstanding especially compared to Any Ballad owned facility!
The staff here is always so nice and welcoming. Never wait more than 10-15 mins in the waiting room. And the techs are always so patient and understanding. I'm very claustrophobic, and they remain caring and patient... wouldn't have an MRI done anywhere else!!! ❤
