They failed to bill Medicare 4 times over the course of 2 years $850 for a procedure that was prescribed by my doctor, then sent me a bill for $4,400, the non-negotiated rate and demanded payment within a month of me even hearing about it or it'd be sent to collections. Further, I caught their billing department lying on a recorded call. They claimed they actually billed Medicare the same amount as they want from me, $4,400. I called to schedule an MRI of my shoulder. The appointment was scheduled for 9:15 with the request that I arrive at 9:00. I arrived at 9:00 as requested only to be told they had me scheduled for 8:30. I had to leave work, forfeiting pay, in order to get this done. Now, because scheduling appointments is so very difficult, I'll have to find somewhere else, lose more time at work, and delay my recovery. I chose them because they're the least expensive in Knoxville. I guess this is an example of getting what you pay for.
I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment on November 26th 2019 for a CAT scan and I had a 7:15 a.m. with another doctor on the same day I kept both appointments because it was over an hour drive to get there from White Pine to Knoxville my first appointment with the doctor work great I got and did everything I had to I left I went to provision Imaging I was an hour and a half early so I went in and I asked them and told them that I was an hour and a half early I was there at 9 a.m. and my appointment was 10:30 a.m. I said can you get ... read more
