Good product, not like the picture though This is a good product but not at all like the picture. Why show it in a case but not include the case. Showed a black machine but it’s white. Don’t feel like real honest with ad.

Small issues Never used a label maker before but it was easy to use. Even with small cuts margin the in-between cuts is about half an inch of wasted tape. I also did not get the plastic storage box. Beside that the first time I used it everything came out great. I left it alone for a couple days and when I tried to use it the label did not come out. See the picture of what went wrong. After troubleshooting I was able to fix it but not before wasting more tape. Is this normal for label makers?

Its much harder to set up than my old one. In fact I haven't made a label with it. I just want a plain old label!

Work great as a labeler This works great for what it does seems to use a lot of tape but I think all of these type of units do.

Overall I really like it, but it unnecessarily wastes some of label roll. The media could not be loaded. Overall this is a great label maker full of features and very easy to use. But it wastes almost 23mm of the label tape every tim you print. It should have the option to let you continually print and cut them yourself. So far I can't find a way to do this. 23mm adds up fast if you're doing a lot of single word labels. I'm also disappointed it doesn't come in the hard shell case depicted in th product photos.

Unit is NOT Black, and does NOT include handy storage case, photo is misleading. Pictured carry/storage case is a $35 option, evidently. Cardboard box is good enough, but what a selling point the photo of the case must be, if misleading. Perhaps that is why not available via Prime. Otherwise, Brother is good stuff.

Surprisingly fun, navigating menus is a chore The Brother PT-410D was my first label maker and was surprised at how much fun it was creating labels. So firstly navigating through the menus is an absolute chore, but once you get used to it, it is usable. The variety of features on this were great. You can choose from a variety of fonts, and those fonts have a variety of customizations like italics, bold, width, size, outline etc. There’s symbols you can choose which has everything from currency to emojiis. You can apply borde... read more

Works well, easy to use I really like this. It is replacing my very old Brother label printer. First improvement is the qwerty keyboard. That alone makes this an excellent printer. But there is so much more. I easily added it to my PC through Bluetooth. I can use different width ribbons, unlike my last one, and I can upload images to it, making labeling cables (and other things!) much more graphic.
