Excellent I'm lazy about reviews and I should have written this long ago. This is a fantastic machine.I love that it is so versatile with different tapes and characters. The main reason I chose this model is that it has a USB connection. Not that I'm lazy (oops, I already let on that I am) but it's nice being able to enter the information via computer.

mediocre The keyboard and function keys are different than on the larger models which we purchased this one to replace. Don't like it much
Good But.. First shipment product was defective (USB) didn't work. 2nd shipment USB worked. In both cases the Color screen had parallel lines _transparent going across the screen. It was annoying but usable. Software for label making was pretty good. It comes with a .94" cartridge. If you are using the older .47" tapes, you just adjust the cartridge size in the Print Properties. Plus I spent some time with "support" trying to get the initial shipment to work. Great for organizing things Great for organizing things. Like that it has a wall watt for AC power and if you do not have power no ;problem the six AA batteries have you covered.
