Excellent Output, Trouble-Free Operation, Compatibility with 3rd Party Tapes The D600, my first label maker, has worked so well, that for a much more portable, hand held label maker for electrical labeling use, I still choose another Brother, the PT-E300VP. (I bought both at a local supplier but I just want to share my thoughts on its performance.) The D600 indeed clips off about 24 mm of tape at the beginning of each new print. Highly recommend Great product. Very easy to use. This is my go to label system.
Can make up to 99 copies at once and it cuts each one, really what I was looking for. Just ditched my Edson label printer for this. I can print up to 99 copies at one time compared to only 9 max with the ebson. This also cuts each label for me. I save much time and frustration. Only negative is that my screen has a weird rainbow effect. Like rainbow lines, don’t know if that’s supposed to be like that or not. Looks similar to when you take a photo of a computer screen. Great label maker One of the best label makers I've used so far! Can use tapes of different sizes, change boarders, font size, font width, etc. Works great and trims fairly well (would like it to trim a little closer but I haven't found a label maker that trims closer)
Really Great Features for the Price! After having researched various label makers, I selected this Brother partly based on other Brother models I have used in the past. Overall it is a stellar label maker, with lots of features - fonts, sizes, borders, etc., etc. I absolutely love the ease of the drop in cartridges for color and size - it couldn't be easier.
