I am glad to get and try this one out. I used to have a brother labeling machine, I kicked myself for not keeping it, not knowing that they still make the cassettes for that model. I needed another one, and chose this one based on the size, and the ease of use because I have already been using a older one. So far, I like this one better. Once I figured it out after years of not having one, I know what to do, I love it. I really didn't want a thermal one because app space on my phone. I am happy with it.

PERFECT We had another Brother label maker for years that we seldom used because it was not user friendly, We spent more time reading the manual than making labels. This small label maker is very user friendly and makes great labels and the price is great. I was able to make labels immediately after removing from the package. After reading other reviews, I bought labels other than the overpriced Brother labels that so far have worked perfect at a much cheaper price. Great fonts and symbols I love everything about this label printer! Perfect size to easily fit into my desk drawer. My last label printer was 20 years old and very basic. So, I definitely had to read through the user manual for this one. However, it was very easy to get the hang of it. I like having the ability to store frequently used phrases, like family member names, etc. I like having 3 fonts and many pictures to choose from! Also, if you don't want to use batteries, you can order a cord.bWould definitely recommend!
