purchasing power has the worst customer service ever!! They have items delivered broken and refuse to replace or credit for them and give you the run around even when you have purchased insurance they are the absolute worse company to purchase anything from!!!! If I could give no stars I absolutely would!!!
Edit: The new update was useless. Can't use that app at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Been like this for a long time. My first review was in 2023. I finally was able to use it but now here it is in 2026 and it won't get past the loading screen
this app literally is the worst app I've ever used. you might as well not get it and keep going to the website cause I'd say 90% of the time it won't let ya login. once you go to the website tho it works just fine
