They're always a month behind on payments made, so the balance is never accurate.
(Edit) so after leaving my original review, purchasing power felt it necessary to cancel my account and I am no longer able to purchase anything. So after canceling my account, they are still payroll deducting my check. They closed my account, they have my personal bank account to use. Watch your checks people. They are not legally allowed to auto deduct your paycheck if you do not have a account. It's why they ask for your bank account as a backup. Ive contacted BBB in regards to this.
expired gift cards. they sell you and bill you and send you expired products that cannot be redeemed. it's a sad service they have going on here they'd rather take your money and laugh as you are trying to gift someone something from here for it to just be denied twice!! this is embarrassing of the fact that I told the person that I gave the gift to that it would be resolved the second time around. just to end up with the same embarrassment as the first time.
scam business, they are the worst. cheaper to just go to the store and buy what you want. bunch of moronic people working there
customer service is so terrible you can tell the company just have a bunch of people train to say certain things to get you off the phone faster! Great way to get things and pay off in long-term but highly recommend not to have you expectations high if something goes wrong with your order!!!
Very generic app. Generic specs and specifications on alot of products. Selling alot of entry level products as top level. I personally feel this place is a scam. Thankfully the only good to it all and only why I gave two stars instead of one is returning process was actually fairly smooth. No arguments or hassle. That I can say I was happy with. I highly recommend you do your research before placing a order to make sure your getting what you think you are.
The app and website are ridiculous. Every single day the app is "undergoing scheduled maintenance". You cant track your orders the day they are supposed to arrive. Promos run out by the time the app is up. It takes days, weeks, to update your balance sometimes.
please upgrade app, it constantly freezes everytime I try to add something to the cart. my past experiences have been great up until now.
