Convenient, but horrible customer service, and horrible order conditions. Ordered the wrong size, and could not change or cancel order. Policy says you can cancel until order is processed. Every CS Rep tells me something different. Called multiple times to stop order, but put on hold each time (Melania, then Anthony) with no one returning to assist me. I will return the item once it is shipped. This can be a good purchase option if CS and return policys are totally changed for the better.

Reordered the same product with right size, but promo code did not add. Called customer service immediately, and customer service put me on hold to apply promo code and came back on the phone and said my order had processed. This was within 30 minutes of ordering. Then I confronted the rep( Frost) and she hung up on me
App keeps saying my phone number isn't valid, my number works on everything else in the world but this app.
As of right now 2 stars because every time I put in my phone number to verify I am who I say I am I keep getting update contact info well I can't update info because that option won't come up. Nor can I get the option to get ahold of customer service. I know my phone number is right, I know it's in my name . Please fix or email me and tell me how to fix and I'll change to 5 stars Because I really like things that are on the app and plan on shopping.

I've been a Purchasing Power customer for almost 15 years. They had great customer service. I went to go purchase Christmas presents for my children. During checkout they asked me to verify my account. But with the phone number I don't have anymore. I had one chance to answer the questions correctly from 10 years ago. I didn't so now I have to wait 30 days. Our AI controls the checked out and nothing can be done about it. So now my children will have no Christmas because of their poor customer
This app takes advantage of poor people that can't budget or do math. Your better off saving up and buying anything on Amazon or black Friday deals. This app will charge you an extra 30% to drag your payment out for a year. $1000 PS5 on app is $600 at Walmart.
