App used to be good but it doesnt even load no, just a white screen
The app isn't working at all had to unistalled 2 times and reinstalled just to get app to work when it works it's a great app
Ever since there April update there phone app terrible. It use to be easy to browse and pick but now it's hard to navigate through
App last updated a month ago, but still can't perform simple tasks such as viewing account info and allotments. Prices and products also have errors. It's very frustrating.
I used to like this place....until I ordered a set of tires on May 1st. Tire buyer claimed the tires were delivered to the installer on May 2nd, however, they say they haven't received anything. Keep in mind that my current tires are worn out to the point I can't drive. After back to back calling of customer service I was given different excuses. It's now the 17th, with no info again. I went ahead and bought tires elsewhere. P&P still taking $ from me btw.
The travel Agency part, sucks.. I Made a hotel reservation, came to find out 2 days before my stay, the Hotel is permanently closed.
Horrible Customer service. If I could I'd give it no stars. Got items but the customer service was so bad, I sent all of them back. And once confirmed they had all items, they still tried to take money for those items 4 months later that I didn't have anymore. Every time I called, I waited 3 or 4 hours on hold and there was always an excuse for them to put me on hold again. Seems like no one at this place knew what the hell they were doing. Forget the hassle and go to Aaron's or Rent a Center.
