We had a great experience with our loan servicing at Q loans with Chad Thomas. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, receiving updates every Tuesday so we always knew where things were at. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure he kept the process moving forward all the way to closing. Would definitely recommend him and his team.

Carol is exceptional at what she does. She is very communicative and it is obvious that she cares about her clients. Chad Thomas made our mortgage process for our new home in Spokane about as smooth as it could be. He kept my wife and me updated at every stage, from going into contract through underwriting, appraisal, conditional approval, and closing, so we always knew exactly where things stood. They went above and beyond working with us until they found a way to make our loan happen. They did not give up on us and continued to find creative financing ways to complete our refinance loan. And there was a lot of technology involved and they were always patient and gave us support to accomplish the technology piece. Chad was amazingly communicative and helped me with any questions i had along the way during the home buying process. He answered promptly whenever i texted whether it was 9pm on a tuesday or weekends. I loved working with him and he always had my best interests in mind when working on the loan.
