They went above and beyond working with us until they found a way to make our loan happen. They did not give up on us and continued to find creative financing ways to complete our refinance loan. And there was a lot of technology involved and they were always patient and gave us support to accomplish the technology piece. Carol helped me buy a home in Pullman. She was very helpful, and always available by phone or email to answer my questions. She went above and beyond to explain how the loan would work and help me compare options.
