We just recently moved my mother into memory care at Quail Park of Lynnwood. We have had a wonderful experience. Despite it being a very difficult time for our family, the staff has went over and beyond to help, provide support and care for my mother and our entire family. The staff is extremely kind, patient and skilled. Kelvin, Amanda, and Shannon (who work with assisted living and memory care residents) are some of the most wonderful people I have ever met. It's a very nice cozy place, everyone is very nice and helpful to residents and guests alike. I do highly recommend a cottage if available it is much nicer and is easier to get to if your mobility is impaired.
Because of back problems wife and I have not been able to enjoy all of the amenities Quail Park has to offer. That said staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant very good.
A close friend of mine has lived here at Quail for years and she loves it!! I got a complete tour today and agree with her on how nice the facility along with daily activities & events they offer are!! Not only is the facility a 5 star ….but the cafeteria and serving staff there is also 5 star as well!! If you are looking for a place for a senior to enjoy ……here is the place!! Hello all! I went to visit this place for my mother! When I was there it seemed that the care staff were a little neglectful of the resadents as I saw multiple with diapers that where definitely full!😡 When I was eating a meal at the dining room I saw that the severs looked very overworked, then the manager, Luis was very rude to us and to his staff, I can’t believe he would yell at the servers in front of my family, the server was very nice and did nothing wrong besides mess up our order a little, I asked for wheat but got... read more
